Thomas “Koa” Lowe is a standout varsity water polo goalie at Palos Verdes High School, known for his quick reflexes, sharp instincts, and strong leadership in the cage. As the varsity team’s starting goalie, he has earned multiple honors, including Most Valuable Player in both 2023 and 2025 and the 2024 Coaches Award. Koa is also the starting goalie for the Palos Verdes Water Polo Club 18U team and competes at an elite level with the USA Water Polo Olympic Development Program (ODP) Coastal Regional-National Team.

A dedicated student-athlete, Koa is a USA Water Polo Academic All American with Honors, maintaining a 4.0+ GPA while competing at a high-performance level. He was also awarded the Points of Light AmeriCorps recognition for his commitment to community service and leadership.

Beyond athletics, Koa serves AS THE VICE-PRESIDENT FOR THE Youth Leadership Council AT Cancer Support Community and has played a key role in improving student life the FRESHMaN-JUNIOR Chair of his School Site Council. Driven, disciplined, and team-focused, Koa brings the same passion to his community that he brings to the pool.
